　　Is Frustration a Bad Thing

　　At present, the topic of frustration has been brought into public focus.It plays a quite vital role in our society and life.

　　Many people hold the opinion that frustration is totally a bad thing for us. On the one hand, it can bring a lot of difficulty to our study and work. We can hardly obtain what we want because of frustration . On the other hand, frustration can make us lose confidence in life. Most people consider they are losers while facing too much frustration.

　　As the saying goes, every coin has two sides. Other people don't agree with the above points.They claim frustration should be a good thing for people.. For one thing, people will become much braver and stronger when they try to overcome frustration. For another, we can acquire a great deal of experience when we cope with the frustration we meet with.

　　All the opinions make sense , consequently it is hard to choose the best of them. However, we must make a clear analysis , make full use of the positive aspects and avoid bad effects.
